Elaine is called real talk Services for a positive reason. She really makes things clear. I had to swallow a few butter pills about myself. However it was so worth it. I now know what and where I was going wrong. Phew. I thought I was going mad.

She is warm. Funny and down to earth. I have no idea how she does it.

Elaine has been amazing. She has listened and advised, empathised and understood. I have found the experience so far (we are still going) massively helpful in understanding my behaviours and actions, and finding a better way for my husband and I to communicate which has been a major issue in the relationship. It’s not an easy ride ! I have had to accept responsibility for my part in the relationship breakdown. But aside from the relationship counselling, Elaine has made me examine who I am, and I have felt so much happier for realising I am in control of myself and my actions. Elaine has helped me a lot, as someone who had a traumatic time last year and has struggled to let go, she has helped me belive in myself again, helped me to stand up for my rights and to become more assertive with a voice.

Undoubtedly my life was put back on the right path, after 5yrs of being stagnant and unhappy, which led to motivation coming back and now being successful in many areas of life and achieving true happiness,

I’ve been working with Elaine for quite a few months now and I can honestly say within the first two sessions I’d already learnt to adapt my behaviour and thought process. Elaine is patient, empathetic and non-judgemental.
