Come first time and was ok. Come the second time and done a good job but failed to empty bins on both occasions. I tried to rearrange our 3rd appointment as we was on holiday and she was very rude about doing it, we managed to reschedule for today and no time was mentioned. We presumed it was the same time but no one arrived to clean the house. I messaged her to say that there might of been a mix up of times and that we would re schedule in the new year as she was already 30 minutes late for the time we presumed it was going to start. She replied with “this is the 2nd time you’ve cancelled so I can no longer work with you”. I think this is shocking service! More...

Hi Chris, I’m sorry we had to drop you as a client and the upset it obviously caused you. As we explained at the start and numerous times since, we have a rota prepared in advance and after several same day cancellations from your side, we had to make the decision not to work with you anymore. All our clients appreciate our time and that cancelling on the day, means our staff’ time is wasted. after several warnings, regrettably we came to a decision we need to focus on those. As to the comment about the bins, as you know, you had a building work on the driveway preventing our cleaners from accessing the bins.
