For 10 years, from the founding of MarketDeveloper to its successful sale to Blue Venn Group Brian was our “outsourced” Creative Director. He used his undoubted creative talent to develop the look and feel of our brand from initial Brand Design through all the versions of analogue creative and took us into the world of online advertising.

In all that time he was both wonderfully creative and his personal charm and thoughtful nature made him a genuine delight to work with. He ensured that for 10 years all our advertising and promotional material stayed consistent, relevant and “on brand”.

I would work with him again in a heartbeat if and when I’m back in startup mode. I unreservedly recommend his work to anyone who needs to hand their brand work to a safe pair of hands.

Step 1: Research
Every project begins with gaining full understanding the problem through asking a series of questions designed to dig as deep as possible. The goal is to understand things like what makes you different from your peers in the field, where you’re going in the future, and what, from your perspective, the brand identity and website must help you achieve.

Step 2: Strategy
Once I feel that we have defined the problem adequately enough and gained sufficient knowledge of your business or field in which you operate, I begin to work out the strategy for designing an effective identity and website.

STEP 3: Design
Design is a very collaborative process where we meet every few days to discuss progress and the design work produced.

Taking this approach can produce brand identities and websites that have the potential to endure, they’re relevant to your business and can be used flexibly and consistently, so they don’t need to be changed in the foreseeable future.

STEP 4: Production
The final logo and other materials are produced and delivered along with the website.

As soon as your project begins I'll send over a series of straight forward questions designed to help me understand your business, the issues you're facing and the goals we need to reach.
