What do you love most about your job?
Finding the right solution and lender for each and every customer, whether it is buying their first home, moving home, helping buy an investment property or simply needing to borrow a bit more on their existing home. Ensuring they have the right type of protection in place should they find themselves in a situation which could see them lose their home, through accident, sickness, unemployment, death, or diagnosis of a life-limiting condition.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I'm not restricted to the 9-5 working and can be more flexible when seeing and meeting customers.
Why should our clients choose you?
I've had my own mortgage and bought and sold homes, my family are older now, but I understand the commitments and strains of having a young family and the financial pressures that come with being a parent. I've worked both in a Bank for 9 years as a Mortgage adviser and 10 years in an estate agent as a Mortgage Adviser and previously as a Financial Adviser. I have clients from all walks of life with completely different circumstances, finanacial needs and credit history and all are treated individually and not just 1 size fits all approach. I believe there is a lender for every type of client and my role is to find the right lender for the right client at the right price.

Yes I am able to email, zoom or call clients. Previously I would visit clients in their homes at a time to suit them within a working week.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Appointments are now remote by phone, Zoom or Teams
