I wholeheartedly recommend Sally, both as a one to one coach and as a workplace speaker.

I first met Sally during a lunchtime session organised by my workplace, and hired her as a coach shortly after. My health and wellbeing has improved massively since, as has my diet and sleep. Stress and anxiety levels are in check too now. Sally is a true expert in her field and the perfect person to get my career and prospects back on track. I have learned loads from Sally, and will continue to practice a lot of the advice she gave to me for many years to come. I wish I had met her ten years ago!

I hardly recognise the woman I was previously, and since spending time with Sally I have been offered several exciting opportunities. My life, and more importantly, my mindset, has improved in leaps and bounds. I would have been happy just being able to sleep better than I was, but this process has outperformed my expectations. Very, very happy.

I’ve given 5 stars because Sally was a huge support helping me to lose weight and my eczema has nearly all cleared up. I found our sessions very informative and relaxed and she always explained the ‘science’ behind the actions she was recommending. I loved working with Sally. After her 8 week course I lost weight and was able to wear a slimming new dress for my Son’s wedding and felt fantastic in it. Healthy eating is the foundation of healthy living. However, my approach is about what you can add into your diet not focusing on cutting things out. I don’t work with restrictive diets, I help clients add delicious, nutritious foods into their diet to nourish the body.

I love helping people to improve their health and seeing the transformation

I wanted to be able to make a difference by helping people improve their health. I had health challenges myself and healed through a natural approach. Food really is medicine. I lost weight, improved my gut health issues, my eczema and itchy skin cleared up and I improved my sleep. I want to share the learning of how I did it with others so they can thrive again too.

I have valuable experience turning around my own health through nutrition, exercise and detoxification as well as proven results with many clients in the UK and Internationally.

My clients see results within weeks of working with me. From weight loss that stays off because it's a new way of thinking about food and densely nutritious meals that keep you fuller for longer so you aren't tempted to snack. I have clients who were waking up at 3/4am every night and are now sleeping through the night. I also have clients who had multiple menopause symptoms and through balancing hormones, balancing blood sugar levels and making a few changes to their diet and lifestyle they are now seeing their symptoms improved or gone completely.

All my programmes look holistically at all aspects of your health and your life and the habit changes we put in place not only improve your health today but also support a long healthy life.

All appointments are online via Zoom. A zoom link will be provided via email in advance.
I can provide in person coaching within Surrey and Middlesex.
