We normally cut the consultancy fee up to 30% by combining these services.
Typically, the clients pay for the architect twice and structural engineer again by following traditional Architect and Engineer route. We provide an all inclusive consultancy package and we take all necessary information from the site visit once in most cases, hence the savings.

Our package will includes;

outline drawings for planning permission.
Block plans and site plans for planning permission.
Detailed drawings including connection detail etc.. for strengthening planning application and construction purposes.
construction drawings.
building control package including structural calculations and building control details .
Application for planning permissions and all necessary actions in the planning portal.
