For the vast majority of your clients, their first point of contact with your brand will be your website, therefore it is essential that your website is both visually impressive and easily navigable. We have a great passion for creating eye-catching user interfaces that perfect the most simple and effective customer journey through your site to a point of contact or sale. Every business is different and every website should reflect that.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
We always ensure to ask our clients plenty of questions about themselves, their business and their preferences. This way we can acquire a deep understanding of their requirements and how we can optimize their strategy.
One major question which is often overlooked: "What is your Unique Selling Point?"
It's important to establish what sets your business apart from the crowd. The most successful brands all centre around one unique approach to solving their client's dilemma. Playing to your strengths is something you should be proud of, and it's our job to let everybody know what that strength is.
Your brand is more than just some shapes and colours - it's your greatest salesman.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked at a Design Agency for several years, where I provided my bespoke graphic design services to large companies with budgets far greater than most small and medium-sized businesses. I left with one simple goal in mind: "To provide the highest quality of design service to small & medium-sized businesses who could usually never afford it."
