End of tenancy clean
Often when a tenant leaves, a deep clean can be required to restore the property to a re-lettable condition. We can organise minor repairs if necessary as we work with many trusted tradesmen.
We will provide a deep and thorough clean throughout the whole property, which will enable you to be back up and running and ready to go in no time. We work with agents or landlords directly and aim to get the property ready to let as soon as possible.
We can also provide a carpet and upholstery cleaning service. We work with an incredible person who is an expert in this field, with over 40 years experience. We can organise and co-ordinate this alongside our cleaning service to provide a complete package. Let RCS take the stress out of the process for you.
Bereavement Cleaning
A very personal and sensitive approach is taken within this area. When you have lost a loved one, cleaning their property can be the last thing you want to deal with. We can work alongside a relative to help, often just having someone there to co-ordinate and know where to start is a great comfort.
We can also provide a complete service, from sorting personal items, to cleaning throughout and even whole house clearances can be organised if required.

House moves
RCS can offer help at either end of the house move. We can come in after your removals have been and give an overall finish clean. It’s always surprising how much dirt and dust is left behind once all the furniture and appliances have gone. Let us take care of one (or more) stressful jobs to enable you to concentrate on the new house!
House sales are often very time critical and we can organise ourselves so we can be ready straight after the sale completes, even go in before the removals and a give a pre-clean so everything is ready for you.
