Raystra Healthcare is located in Gloucestershire and provides home care and live-in care across England. We are committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients whilst maintaining a good standard of care.

Our mission is to deliver quality care and support, centred on the need of individual service users. We aim to ensure that the care we provide meets all regulatory requirements and maintains the continuity of care. The interests of the Service Users are paramount and we endeavour to ensure that each person will be treated as an individual to meets their needs.

Raystra Healthcare Limited operates 24 hours 7 days a week healthcare service; our office facility is opened round the clock to attend to clients. Our workforces are trained to operate within the framework of our organisation’s corporate culture, CQC guidelines and also to meet the needs of all our Service Users.

All our Service Users at Raystra Healthcare have their own unique, personalised care plan. Each Service User’s care plan takes into account not only their care needs but also the Service User’s wishes. Their care plan is continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes.
