I needed a four piece sofa suite collected from an auction house and delivered to my home address.
The furniture was a lot heavier and more bulky than I expected causing access issues at the point of delivery.
Ryan not only had the perfect van and all the equipment to protect the items in transit, he also had a great CAN DO attitude.
He worked hard to overcome all the unforeseen issues (mostly my fault to be honest) and got the furniture in situ in perfect condition.
Friendly, punctual and going well beyond anything I expected I felt it only reasonable to pay 30% over the agreed price.
I would highly recommend Ryan and have saved his details to my contacts for the future.

I am more than happy that I came accross on Ryan. He contacted me the very next day I wrote my request. Very polite, very helpful over the phone and emails. We arranged the date and time to remove my stuff. He came on time with big enough van. It is important to note that I had packed my stuff the days before, so I didn't engaged Ryan with packing. During the process of packing, I realised that I have more stuff than I had expected myself, however he still charged me the pre-arranged price. I had few fragile items and everything was cared with attention. All my things arrived to the final destination intact. Through all the process of removal Ryan was extremely helpful, he run extra mile for me and all his service was way above my expectations. Can’t thank Ryan enough for a job well done. He kept in touch from when I first engaged him in case the date changed. Turned up on time, with a great van and was extremely pleasant and willing to work with. He took great care with all my belongings and everything arrived safely at the other end. His quote was ‘too’ reasonable and given the very long drive to and back from North Wales I made it up a bit. The only thing I would say is that if you are not fit and well you may have to ask him and pay him to bring another helper. I was fine to assist him with lifting as there were no stairs to negotiate at either end. His van has a lifting platform so loading heavy items was not a problem and my son in law could help at destination site. Overall delighted with service and I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone in South Wales or beyond who is moving or who needs items transporting. More...

What I enjoy mostly about my job is the opportunity to meet different people. I thrive on providing excellent customer service and relish on customer satisfaction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I do not consider myself to be a behind the desk kind of person, more of a, on the move driving to different locations person. I enjoy the outdoors and have a rather unusual interest in driving long distances. I like to choose and be in control of the hours I work.

This is not a job but a service, to me the satisfaction of the customers are of paramount. I provide a reliable, friendly and trustworthy service. Building a good relationship with the customers, helps to build trust in the service we provide. For some customers, it may not be just goods or furniture but things with a sentimental value.
