Only moved to Rayleigh 3 weeks ago but needed my Swift sport serviced & mot'd.Booking in the car was straight forward & I was kept informed of any little problems that were found & im pleased to say that a very good standard of servicing was done. I regularly use the car wash at Rayleigh MOT Centre and have always received a fantastic service. Last month I needed my car to be serviced so I booked it in. The was a strange noise coming from my car and I asked if they would check what it was. Turned out my wishbones needed replacing and as I was due an MOT I booked it in to be done at the same time as my MOT. What a great job they did. I am extremely happy. I have used Rayleigh MOT centre many times for MOT's and Car servicing for both mine and my wife's cars. I have always been pleased with the work carried out and the service we received. Staff are knowledgeable and polite, and the work is carried out within the time agreed and at a fair price. In addition, both the workshop and waiting area's are kept clean and tidy. I would reccommend this garage to anyone looking for a high quality service. The staff where genuine and didn't try to rip me off like many other garages I've been to, spoke to me with much manners and respect. The guys at Rayleigh MOT Centre are incredible. Not only doing a spot on MOT but i had a problem with my Triumph Herald and they duly diagnosed the fault and then did not charge for their time. This is the sort of customer service that is both rare and refreshing. I and my family will certainly continue to use their services.
Since the first part of this review my wife has had her Nissan Micra fully serviced and the difference is amazing. The car drives much better than when we bought it from the main dealer. Hats off to you Lads and we'll be back for M.O.T's later. More...

Spoke with the guys made me and my partner feel safe and like they knew what they were doing car drove in abit worse for ware and drove out a new car and didn't rip me off!!! Big reccomendation go here!!!
