I found Ray White on rated people website as I needed a builder to renovate a property I bought at auction. I can't recommend this company highly enough. Clear and quick communication, extreme professionlism and complete clarity on costing and time lines.I had a team of skilled professionals including new roof, new doors/windows, plumbing,plastering and electrical work. Ray was recommended to me via a mutual friend. Initially my wife and I had him out twice to our previous house to assess a project that we were considering.
Unfortunately, we decided to sell up and move, thus cancelling the project. I telephoned Ray and apologised and his reaction was very understanding and pragmatic.
Due to this lovely disposition, we called Ray back in when we found our new house as it needed substantial renovation.
Ray was once again very approachable and offered his advice on the best way to proceed. We gladly accepted his price, which seemed very reasonable and Ray sent his team around to begin knocking out walls etc. the good thing was that his team were there from start to finish. There was no nipping off to start other jobs, or not turning up and the other usual nightmare stuff that we hear about. My Wife was at home for most of the build and she felt extremely comfortable with Rays team and they went out of their way to make living on a building site as manageable as possible.
The work was signed off by the building inspector without issue. Ray even came out of his way, to help the Bi fold window fitters to measure up and he also came out within a couple of hours to rectify a floor issue so that the kitchen fitters could proceed.
I would highly recommend Ray White builders, and thanks to them we know have our modern bright dream home which was previously a very dated property.
