What do you love most about your job?
Helping people to remain in their own homes and not pack up all their belongings and move into a room in a care home.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being a RGN working in the community, I experienced the heart ache as people left their homes, believing they had no other choice but to move to a care home. I became involved in the live in care industry over 15 years ago and feel honoured so share people live in care journey. Ensuring they are in control of their daily routines, their visitors and stay surrounded by their memories, loved ones, pets and all their belongings. With the freedom to live each day their way.
Why should our clients choose you?
As an owner, I work in the business on a daily basis ensuring that the standard of our carers remains high, they are all suitably trained and someone I would have in my home. We are family run, not part of a large franchise organisation. You get to speak with the owners and work with our hand picked team who are all passionate about live in care. Our Registered Manager started his career as a live in carer with us.
We care about you and your care journey, we work as part of the multi-disciplinary team and we are here to 'hold your hand'. This can be as much or as little as you want, during this period of change we feel honoured to share your care journey.

We do not provide our live in care service remotely or online. Our carers live in the clients home with them, a minimum of one week.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our staff are tested in line with the government guidelines. We always have stock in the office and clients home of PPE and run a visitor register to ensure we track who comes in and out of our client homes.
