Just want to say a MASSIVE thank you to Jay and his team for everything that they have done helping me and my partner to buy our first home. Jay was great from the very first to the very last viewing (and there were plenty of viewings in between, let me tell you!) Jay always went out of his way to let us know if a house came up that suited our needs and booked us viewings straight away! Back in May, we finally got the keys to our new home and sold our previous one. I’d met Jay 4 years ago when he worked elsewhere and had seamlessly, effortlessly sold me my first house. I’d told him back then that I would come back to him to buy and sell again when the time came…and sure enough he was the only port of call when it came time to buy a new property and sell the existing house last year. And with good reason - Jay and his team are consummate professionals, groundbreaking and innovative in their marketing and approach to a tired, tainted market and more like a friend and ally than a business acquaintance. That’s what you get with R&W: someone who’s in your corner. For every time I had a meltdown, every obstacle in the way (and there were many, many obstacles) and every challenge - Jay, and later Claire, we’re on hand and for that, I’ll be eternally grateful. I can honestly say that we probably wouldn’t have got through the experience if not for those guys. Late nights, long days and many difficult chats but done as if it was all in a days work. Ramsay and white were recommended to us to help us secure a mortgage. we are first time buyers and were pretty clueless on where to start or if we could even get a mortgage. everyone we dealt with were amazing and so helpful. Olly and Rachel were our advisors and couldn't do enough for us extremely helpful and explained everything to us and best of all kept communication with us through the process and I was always able to contact them whenever I needed anything. Jay came to video and take pictures of our house and the end product was absolutely fantastic. We had so many compliments regarding the video, very professional. We found Ramsey & White an extremely professional company to deal with and highly recommended them. Jay is very experienced, and a hard worker! Unfortunately our house was on the market with another estate agent, who we ended up selling with them. I had my house up for sale with a different agent and did not have a single viewing, so I contacted Jay and asked could he take over. He not only generated a lot of interest and viewings, he sold it for over asking.
