What do you love most about your job?
Not just getting people the right mortgage, but making sure they get the best possible home for the right price. I have always loved working with Estate Agents and negotiating on my clients behalf.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had been the top broker nationally for a large corporate Estate Agency (Connells Group). I climbed the ranks and became their top Mortgage Services Area Manager nationally, top Mortgage Director nationally, top Regional Director nationally and finally top Divisional Director nationally.
Although I had a very successful career, if somebody asked me which job did I enjoy the most I would always say being a broker; there is nothing like helping your client and seeing how you can make a positive impact on someones life - that was always the most rewarding role I had ever carried out and so wanted to always return to it.
Why should our clients choose you?
You will not find a more tenacious person to get your mortgage through to completion. I had a 90%+ completion rate on mortgages I brokered in 2010 at the peak of the last recession and in the midst of a credit crunch, where the typical viewpoint of many people in the UK had been that "you couldn't get a mortgages in these times." There is nobody more passionate about helping First Time Buyers and First Timer Sellers to get on or up the housing ladder.

We offer face-to-face appointments in our wonderful offices in Breakspear Park. If you are unable to travel to us, we can travel to you. We also have facilities which include WhatsApp Video, FaceTime, Skype or Zoom. We can also provide phone appointments and screen-sharing capabilities on another device if that is more helpful.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have made the move seamlessly to ensure we can offer fully remote appointments. All documentation can be uploaded online and signed online if required. We have a customer portal where you can go online for real-time updates on your case; so while we would love to see you, you can also sort your entire mortgage and/or insurance needs from the comfort of well, anywhere.
