What do you love most about your job?
Touch is of such importance for a human being, and for me to be able to bring more value to clients lives through it is what makes this job so rewarding and enriching. Whether for relaxation or therapy, massage can become a real catalyst for more awareness and or change into a better future.
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to start this enterprise was the need for more flexibility for myself and for clients. The need to have a safe space for tailor made treatments, where no massage is the same and where a blend of massage styles and techniques can come together to achieve a specific goal.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I've refrained from offering mobile treatments and have been working solely from a professional clinic based in Newport road, Cardiff. This clinic is working in accordance with the Covid-19 government guidelines to keep both therapists and clients safe. Within this premises we all make use of face masks, there are air purifiers on communal areas, the rooms are cleaned and disinfected after each treatment, and we only make use of clean and disinfected towels.
Swedish Massage
This is a tailored made treatment that focuses on the needs of clients, it can include gentle and deep massage strokes. With mainly relaxation as purpose, this type of treatment involves a range of different techniques and a very personal style of massaging all to achieve the purpose and goal of the client.

Sports Massage or Deep tissue
Sports and Deep tissue massage therapy is traditionally aimed at athletes or people involved in intense physical activity as its beneficial in preventing injury, maximising physical and mental condition and enhancing performance levels. Although sports massage can also be beneficial for anyone looking to reduce muscular pain or discomfort. With a good knowledge of the muscular-skeletal system the therapist is able to effectively tailor the massage to your specific requirements.

90 min Hot Stone Massage Therapy
Hot stone massage is a modality where the therapist uses smooth and heated basalt stones as an extension of their own hands. The heat from the stone in contact with the skin can be relaxing, soothing and therapeutic, very popular on those cold rainy days.
This technique can be added to deep tissue or sports massage for a much dynamic and therapeutic treatment. It has amazing advantages when in conjunction with deep tissue/sports massage as the heated stones enables the therapist to work more deeply and effectively melting tension away. It also increases the flow of blood and oxygen into the tissue, facilitating faster healing and effective relief for chronic pain conditions.
*I also can make use of cold stones (cryotherapy) in conjunction with the hot stones in a specific area that requires treatment as they are excellent for acute injuries. This treatment is highly effective in reducing swelling and inflammation. The contrast of alternating Hot and Cold is used occasionally for rehabilitation.

60 min Indian Head Massage
Part of the Indian Ayurvedic system of healing this traditional form of massage concentrates on the head, neck and shoulder areas. It is a soothing and relaxing treatment which includes massage and acupressure techniques to help release stress and tension within the muscles and joints allowing you to feel calm and or energised.

60 min Reflexology
As part of the ancient Chinese traditional medicine, reflexology is a complementary treatment to mainly foot but also hands. It is a relaxing treatment where massage strokes and finger or thumb pressure are applied to specific points called "reflexes" as they reflect, or mirror, the organs and structures of the body as well as a person's emotional health.
It can be beneficial in relieving symptoms of a variety of illnesses, to manage stress, eliminate toxins and promote homeostasis restoring balance within the body.
