What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Employee Training- Staff members are often trained in COVID-19 protocols, including proper hygiene practices and how to handle various situations that might arise.
Communication: Clear communication of safety measures, such as through signage and online announcements, helps customers understand the precautions being taken and what is expected of them.
Sanitization and Hygiene: We have increased our cleaning and sanitization efforts. High-touch surfaces are regularly disinfected, and hand sanitizers are often made available to customers.
