Rainbow carers attended within the hour after my husband returned home, bedbound and unable to move, after a long hospital stay. Skin and medications were meticulously checked and they started immediate skin treatment. They pointed out that three of the medications returned from the hospital were not usable as there was no opening date written on them. Such responsible and close observation has continued.
The carers are friendly, respectful, gentle, knowledgeable and reliable. They have alerted me to changes in my husband's condition so that he could have rapid medical treatment. They take great pains to keep him as comfortable as possible. I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of care they give. Their management keeps in close touch with how my husband is, monitors his progress closely, and has taken the initiative to contact other agencies on my husband's behalf, such as the GP, community nurses or speech therapy experts.
