We got married here on 19th February 2022. The venue is OUTSTANDING, what a place to get married and all the staff go that extra mile to make your day everything you dream of and more. I can’t thank Hollie our wedding co-ordinator enough she’s was amazing, so professional and kept me at ease and reassured when I was worried about things regarding the wedding planning. We got married on the 4th of February. And I cannot sing praises enough for the venue and ESPECIALLY our co-ordinator Alex! She went above and beyond nothing was a hastle or too much to ask. Anything that went wrong she sorted it so professionally. We ended up with 5 free seats for our wedding due to family getting covid. And she made the whole reorganising so easy. Cannot praise her enough. Give this girl a promotion or raise cause honestly felt I was making friends with who was helping us organise not just dealing with someone who was there for a job. Awful nights sleep, hotel is so noisy. On the night I stayed, they had a wedding party who were largely to blame I think but the hotel staff allowed them to be as noisy as they liked, didn't seem to say a word, no respect for the other guests at all. And then the Party Bus pulls up outside to collect guests at midnight, music absolutely blaring and yet again, the hotel staff allow it to sit there for over 30 minutes. They refuse to answer the phone also, after nearly 10 mins and umpteen efforts I just gave up. Very poor from this otherwise nice hotel. More...

We got married at the Radstone on the 23rd of September 2021 and the service we have received from them has been outstanding. . From booking our wedding almost 3 years ago right up until the day they looked after us so well! Any questions I had no matter how big or small they had no problems answering them! Special mention to Eilidh who was our wedding coordinator on the day who made sure our day went so smoothly from start to finish, she was just amazing! my wife and I spent a couple of nights here at the weekend for our anniversary, we had a little mishap the 1st night but the staff where extremely helpful and made sure everything was corrected . the food from breakfast , afternoon tea to dinner was amazing. we where greeted with a card and a bottle of wine for our anniversary on arrival and also given a sweet treat on the night of our anniversary from one of the waiters. the waiter John Paul was simply top notch , he went over and above to make sure that we had everything we needed from the moment r arrived. hotel is lovely can't fault the look but the prices are a joke £40 for 5 drinks also my uncle paid a deposit of £1000 for a wedding and through no fault of his own covid happened and they kept the money absolutely shocking if it was me I would of took it all the way to get it back but my uncle is too soft and please dont delete this review like you have done previous gets a bit Sus when all ur reviews are belters 🤔 when everyone was moaning about the prices last night take the points I have made and put them to good use!!!!
