I have never had any experience in the home care sector before and thought this would be a lovely challenge for myself. I felt extremely nervous when applying and starting this care role and I have to say the amount of devotion and time the care staff and management have given me to make me feel comfortable and ready was phenomenal. I have bombarded the staff with questions and call but no matter how big or small my question was they took the time to help and support me at all times. What do you love most about your job?
“My Grandfather was diagnosed with Vascular Dementia many years ago and I was extremely eager to learn more about the condition. I then gained a role with my first care company as a customer service rep and managed to develop the company hugely. With this, I grew my own team and was then able to complete training courses of Care Planning and Risk Assessing to enable me to go out into the community and meet lots of clients and build beautiful relationships with them. This is such a powerful passion of mine and it grows more and more every day.“

“Seeing people happy and knowing they are being treated in the best possible way just makes my heart warm up. I am a people person who will always do anything I can to help.”
