How long have you been in business?
5 years in total, 2 years i spent working for an agency and the last 3 years myself
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes- everything from cleaning products to cleaning equipment, ie vaccum, carpet cleaner, steamer etc
What do you love most about your job?
The satisfaction on my clients faces when I've completed their cleans & listening to any feedback they have wether good or bad as this is what has helped me to reflect and improve on over the years to be able to carry out the high standard of work that I do
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was a single mum struggling to find work during school hours and that I could do around my family
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I really do put my heart and soul into each individual clean that I do, No two cleans & no two clients are the same and I love difference
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During the lock down I wore face masks and never exchanged cash, bank transfer only, some clients still prefer this method and I am happy to still continue using these methods if requested to do so.
End of tenancy cleaning
Full deep cleaning of the whole property including cobwebbing around ceiling and lights, cleaning of interior windows, mirrors, doors, frames, hand rails and skirting boards.
Descaling/limescale removal of taps, sinks, basins, showers and screens, loos.
Oven cleaning, fridge cleaning, cleaning of white goods.
Vacuuming & mopping throughout the property- carpet cleaning upon request does have a price increase.
Fortnightly cleans
Standard cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, cobwebbing around ceiling and lights, dusting, polishing of bedrooms, hallway, landing and reception rooms. Vacuuming and mopping throughout
One off cleans
This is very similar to an end of tenancy clean but includes dusting and cleaning of your furniture/ornaments, picture frames etc and moving out your sofa to clean under it.
Oven cleaning
Thorough cleaning of your oven to leave it sparkling and clean. Double oven cleaning has an increased price to single oven cleaning.
