I have an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy. I'm a qualified couples Counsellor and BACP member.
I have years of experinece working in charities, organisations and private practice. I specialise in depresion, anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief, bereavement, etc.  I am passionate about helping you achieve your potential, promote emotional growth, improve your relationships and your quality of life, and attain wellbeing.

I believe in the profound positive impact that talking and exploring our emotions in a safe and warm space can have. Therapy can help people of all ages cope with their feelings, feel supported, gain clarity, and achieve healthier and more productive lives. I work in a collaborative fashion, based on the safe relationship we co-create, which provides a supportive, warm, and confidential space that allows you to talk openly with someone who is neutral and non-judgmental. I am passionate about my work and take pride in witnessing people making lasting changes in their lives.

As an Integrative psychotherapist I can work with different modalities and approaches to meet your needs, considering your individualities and circumstances.  The highlight will be the healing quality of the therapeutic relationship that we can create through empathy, compassion,  and understanding.

I can work on a long or short-term basis as required. My practice is based in Edgware, HA8. I also work online.
