I love helping people feel more confident in their roles. I am a values-based coach. I enjoy helping people to realise their full potential, overcome barriers, develop new skills and gain confidence.

I wanted to start my own business because I was disappointed with the way that I was managed and led in my own working life. I made it my purpose to fully understand how to become an effective leader and applied all my work experience and professional development so that I could help others become great leaders.
My mission is that everyone will have a great experience at work because they are led by expert leaders.

My clients tell me that I am easy to work with, I am patient and challenging in a helpful blend of support and accountability.
I have worked with a very wide variety of people across a range of sectors which puts me in an very strong place to apply what I've learnt to all kinds of experiences which my clients want to work on.
I also enjoy my work and make it enjoyable for those I engage with. a sense of humour is essential.
I blend Business knowledge with mindset work which is very helpful. These areas over-lap in places.

I can provide Zoom-based coaching sessions if required.

Services

1. Executive Coaching & Leadership Training
I offer 1:1 or group coaching – all programmes are bespoke to your needs.

My work typically starts at the Board level to establish the Values and set out the desired culture and behaviours. We review the systems and processes and identify priorities. We examine the Vision, Mission, Values and Purpose to set out objectives for the coaching programme.

The first step is to book in the key decision maker(s)for a Deep Dive Day to carry out a needs assessment and agree a programme.

The first step of any programme usually comprises a two full days to being with. Then we meet regularly (either as a group or as individuals) either monthly or fortnightly, depending on your needs, to review progress.

I train the Board in the skills of Transformational Leadership and introduce a culture of coaching across the Senior Leadership Team. I then work with, or help to set up, the middle management team. I also am available to support the performance of key members of staff in any way that is required from a coaching perspective.

Programmes are designed specifically for each client – tailored to the needs of the organisation and/or the individual (s).

The investment is reflected in the nature of the programme and is agreed upon following the Deep Dive Day.

The programme investment monthly in advance. There is no tie in, or rigid system, or schedule, but typically companies work with me for a period of three years, or until everyone in the team is fully competent in their transformational leadership and coaching skills.
