I can highly recommend Rupert as a skilled and very capable professional - who once we had pulled out of an offer because of the dry-rot he found, chose at his own expense and time, to write to the surrounding property owners informing them of a problem that was up to them to solve collectively and quickly. He also did not charge us for the writing up of a survey, which would be no use to us as we were pulling out. This was excellent and unexpected service with a social conscience too.

I approached Rupert to survey a 1930's house as I wanted to receive an accurate report rather than the receive the usual offering of a bank/building society.
