Matty. What can I say eh. what a Godsend you are. Matty came to look at my boiler yesterday afternoon as everything shut down. No heating and no hot water. Matty was super professional, explaining everything in detail. Matty returned today to install a brand new boiler for me and my family. I hope they are better than R Greaves Development as they didn't turn up for our build, despite delaying us for half a year! We have now been paying an increased mortgage for many months after so many promises from Joanna that it was happening. Even last Friday she said they'd be hear Tuesday. I have plants dug up in pots since July. A fireplace removed and a purchased fireplace they were going to put in that will now cost me over £1000 with someone else. A hall and garage full of furniture waiting to be made, but no where to put it. We are fuming to have be lied to and messed about so much! More...

Renovation
We provided renovations on damaged, or outdated structures. We specialise working on commercial and residential buildings.
Ground Works

Demolition
We safely and efficiently tearing down of buildings and other artificial structures. Demolition contrasts with deconstruction, which involves taking a building apart while carefully preserving valuable elements for reuse purposes.
Pod building
We Design and build outdoor pods, these can be used for gyms, kids play areas or Evan for a hot tub area.
Incomplete construction
We supply a service for clients who have had a job started and it has come to a halt and the contractor is no longer offering there services. R Greaves Developments can rectify other company’s work.
Roofing
We supply material and provide the Labour
Cleaning
Full deep cleaning, will all provide and equipment provided.
