Karen catered for my fathers funeral very happy with the buffet she provided easy to deal with and nothing was a bother to her would recommend.

We asked Karen to provide canapés for a work event we were having recently and she was so helpful with suggestions to meet our needs. She kept us updated from our initial enquiry and booking until the event date and was in touch on the morning of the event to reassure us that everything was organised. She arrived in plenty of time to make our canapés on site so that they were as fresh as possible. Nothing was too much trouble and it was obvious she wanted to do everything she could to make sure our event was a great success.

Karen at Queen Bees was lovely to work with. She catered for the funeral reception of my son in law at his local rugby club. The provided buffet for a family funeral was varied and well presented. Karen was helpful in the selection of the buffet for up to seventy folks. There was perhaps too many sweet cakes as there were rather a lot left over. Seems that the folks attending did not have very sweet teeth! Otherwise her service was very good. Very friendly and excellent in communicating. Lasagne waa delicous and lending warmer plates wa a great help. The platters were huge and looked great too.

Karen provided the buffet for the wake of my partners son. She was both professional courteous and kind. There was nothing that wasn’t too much trouble for her. I can not recommend Queen Bees catering highly enough. Karen is very friendly very efficient and nothing is too much bother for her but most importantly her food is excellent. I have had her cater for us 3 times already and she has several more bookings planned. I have varied the choices and never had a complaint and that is unusual in a bowling club. Queen Bees catered for my father in laws funeral. It was a first class service. The food was plentiful and fresh the staff was professionally friendly and helpful all our needs were attended to from start to finish the place was left immaculate. Thank you.

It is with regret I have to post this review - Initially Karen came across as a lovely lady and promised the earth. On final payment she disengaged and didn't turn up with samples on 3 occasions. She did turn up on the day (I was worried as i was questioning her reliability) however I had paid for a BBQ at 5.30pm, a hot buffet 'later in the night' and 60 desserts. The BBW and buffet were served at once and they left without me knowing - there were no desserts. The main issue is however when I tried to contact her after she blocked my phone number and didn't reply to email. I finally gave her 14 days to partially refund me or I threatened a poor review and trading standards. Nothing from her. Please don't trust this company or pay in advance. More...
