She went above and beyond in helping us with our recent very problematic house sale and purchase. We used Yopa to sell our grade 2 listed house and had no end of trouble and delays caused by Gravesham Council Heritage department. Yopa proved to be extremely unhelpful and gave us no support whatsoever . But Annabelle could not have been more different.Without her support and professionalism we would never have got to exchange and completion. We’ve just moved into our house after a 7 month saga caused by Gravesham council Heritage department & a number of cheap incompetent solicitors. Quealey & Co was firstly recommended to me by a friend. I have to say I have been blown away by the amount of support they have provided all the way through our sale. This was the first property we had ever sold and everything was of course very new. I can not thank Quealey enough, especially their patience in replying to all of my millions of questions. We had quite a complex sale and any query I had, they always answered and if they didn’t know the answer, they would find out. I must say their communication was faultless. As tenants who recently immigrated to the UK, it is often easy to feel like a commodity in a real estate trading system and that agents don't really care about you as a person. Quealy & Co did an amazing job of changing this perception for us and treated us extremely well. They were open and honest from the start and we quickly got the impression that if we look after our rented house as if it is our own and respect, they will go the extra mile for us - and they surely did just that!! When we decided to put our house on the market we had no hesitation on what estate agents to use! We used Quealy’s previously to find a property and they were excellent 4 years ago too so we knew straight away we wanted them to sell our family home. From the start when Michael came round to value the house I found them extremely efficient and friendly. We had an offer on our house within 1 hour of the house being on the market. After 6 weeks we still didn’t manage to find a house that we wanted to buy so our buyers pulled out. I panicked and called Quealys and spoke to Annabelle who was so lovely and calmed me down and assured me they would find another buyer ASAP. Only a few days later and we had another offer at the full asking price! Annabelle was fantastic and kept us updated throughout the whole process. FANTASTIC SERVICE. The best agent I've ever used in over 12 home moves. I tried an internet agent at first but was let down so went to Quealy who saved the day, as I needed a VERY quick sale. Their valuation and advice was absolutely excellent. They were very fast to respond all the way to exchange, getting problems solved in no time. They got me a sale at a price HIGHER than the valuations of 4 other agents, which more than covered the difference in fees above the internet company rate. They are the total opposite of the image of typical estate agent. They really know their mustard. I had a lot hinging on this sale and they were like the cavalry and saved the day.
