We used Quay to arrange our mortgage when buying our first house and they made the process seamless, so it was a no-brainier when it can to remortgaging this time. They were organised enough to get in touch nice and early and explained all of our options thoroughly and in a way we understood it. avoid like the plague, once they take your money to a mortage applicatiom (£300), you will not be able to speak to the broker again, only the juniors who cannot relay messages, return calls or upload documents to potential lenders portals. Fantastic service for a remortgage and new purchase - secured offers in a couple of weeks even being self-employed. What Michael and his team don't know about mortgages isn't worth knowing and they got me two market beating deals. The team is very patient and copes with buyer anxiety and endless questions very well. I must say this firm did everything humanly possible to get things sorted for me in my predicament which no other lender understood. Quay knew this market inside out. The mortgage offer was issued within a the week, the completion date was within days.I can’t thank them enough. Ask to speak with Richard, or Mark the manager, both experienced and know the market.
