What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Regarding the recent reduction of the need for the wearing of face masks, along with other PPE and infection, prevention, and control measures, we are adhering to the most current Government guideline (15 December 2022).
According to these regulations, each service site will be free to independently determine the danger of using or not using face masks based on their own unique set of circumstances. To reduce the danger of COVID-19 transmission, we have advised our carers to use masks in a variety of situations.
