They got in touch quickly and were quick to book me in despite me not wanting them till new year they were round the following week. I wasnt happy with the clean. I specifically said i was disabled and needed the harder to get to places cleaned. This wasnt passed onto my cleaner and even though i said it again, basic things like tops of doors and bed head board werent cleaned. It was a 3 hour clean, over an hour was spent in my bathroom, leaving her no time to dust my lounge apparently. My bedroom windows were clean though. I was offered a different cleaner in january but was told this was one of their best cleaners..so on that basis i wont be using this company again. More...
