PW Heating moved my boiler from the kitchen to the airing cupboard. Their work was excellent and both Paul and his apprentice son were very helpful, always on time and worked hard. I had to leave them on the last day as I was going away but on my return my house had been left spotless and apart from the hole in my kitchen wall you wouldn’t have known they had done the work. Paul & his lovely son/Apprentice were prompt, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. They fitted a new boiler ... respectful of keeping everything covered to avoid dust going everywhere. They explained what they were doing so I could understand it. After the installation, Paul explained the warranty process and went through all of the controls. Excellent service from an excellent plumber. Highly recommended. On the wettest night of the year so far our drainpipe was blocked and the water backed up through the condensing pipe and filled our boiler with water. This flooded the utility room. We called Paul out at 8pm and he was there until 11pm drying it all out. Water had even filled the fan! Thank you so much for saving our boiler. We are so very grateful. More...

Top service, had a leak coming from our boiler. Phoned Paul on Friday and he was here Saturday morning and had the job done in about an hour for a very reasonable cost. He also took the time to explain what had gone wrong and why and talked me through all my thermostat settings as well! Will defiantly be using for future servicing and repairs. More...
