As a director of a growing business at SuperSys IT Services I am constantly looking at ways to innovate and streamline our existing business processes so we can provide the best and most efficient service possible.
One area of the business however that had not previously considered however was our people development.
After attending a one to one training course with Jamie from Purple Pebble People however my eyes were opened to the importance of our people development as the business continues to grow. Jamie was quick to understand our business model and to provide us with insight in to not only the ‘why’ people development is so important but also the ‘how’ to implement this.
I would highly recommend Jamie and Purple Pebble People as with his guidance he has not only added value to our business he has also helped develop me as a person to take a different view point and approach to how situations are dealt with turning negatives in to positives.

Autonomy.
