Providing care and support, working in a person centred way, communicating well, building relationships and promoting equality and diversity.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After seeing the gap in the market in terms of the quality of service currently provided to service users. We decided to bring fresh ideas and energy to help those who require our services, specially after Covid-19.
Why should our clients choose you?
We have a combined 20 years experience between us and we believe that we can offer a high quality service to our service users. We hired highly experienced carers, who are well trained and compassionate.

We provide care services at service users homes. We also provide companionship, through community engagement and supporting service users to be in touch with their communities.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have implemented a robust system for full and comprehensive assessment of the risks to the health of our workforce and service users, ensuring suitable and sufficient workplace risk assessments are completed, effective control measures implemented and proper supervision and management processes are developed across all Puretouch Care Limited activities
