What do you love most about your job?
Hearing people's stories. Also enabling family carers to have a break and re-balance their relationship with the person they care for.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To provide a much needed service, but with the flexibility allowed by a small organisation.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are a local independent service and we do our best to respond quickly to changes in your needs. We have more than 12 years experience of providing live in care and many of our staff have been with us for a long time. We are very used to responding clients personal ways.

No. Remote work is not possible care has to he delivered in person!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are now back to business as usual. During covid staff had additional ppe, vaccinations and regular testing.

Purely Care provide 24/7 Live in Carers who enable elderly and disabled people to remain living in their own homes.
Live-in care offers a real alternative to going into a care home.
Homecare
Purely Care offer daily care visits in Norwich.
Carers can help with tasks such as washing and dressing, food preparation, light housework, assistance with medication, support to access the community and companionship.
