Prompt response and service. Representative arrived on time and carried out the test. He was polite, efficient and helpful.

Phil from Pure Maintenance was so helpful today on our home visit to fix our mould problem which had spread around the whole of our apartment and was worse near the windows and bathrooms.

He was very friendly, approachable and made me and my wife feel very at ease with the whole process from start to finish.

He swept through the whole flat killing of all of the mould with the fog and cleaned off the worst areas for us.

We instantly felt the difference when we came back home later in the day. I have no hesitation in recommending PureMaintenance as a company well placed to treat mould issues in your home or workplace. They offer an excellent service, from start to finish, clearly know what they’re doing and couldn’t have been more helpful. The normal stages of the process - the survey, dehumidifying, dry fogging, clean-up and microfilm protection - were not possible to complete in one day on the property in question (the mould was so extensive) and PureMaintenance offered to return at no extra cost to complete the full treatment. They also went out of their way to find a convenient date for their visit when I unexpectedly had to change the original one. Customer Care and Communication is first-rate and I’ve learnt the hard way how very important this is!

I’ve yet to see how effective the treatment is....ie, mould comprehensively eradicated, but the warranty ensures that if anything comes back within 12 months, PureMaintenance will return and re-treat the property. More...

Very professional and informative. Good advice.

After having read the reviews for Pure Maintenance, I decided to contact them for the problem I having with regards to condensation and mould.
I found the Company very professional right at the outset. Spoke to a gentleman called Tim who explained the procedure in-depth.
I the day of the appointment, Jeremy called to confirm the time and was on time. He took time to explain all the questions and concerns we had.

Only time will tell but i have my fingers and toes crossed that my damp, mould and condensation issues have now gone forever.

Pressed send before I’d finished my other review. As I said we’ve had the tests done and are awaiting the results. But so far we’re really happy so far with the knowledge and time taken to explain everything. The person carrying out the work was very polite and helped us understand exactly what he was doing and how to help prevent mould coming back in future.
