Steve from Pure-gas was recommended to us and it was clear from the start why people were keen to recommend him. He was clear, honest and knowledgeable.
He wasn’t in the least bit pushy and left his quote with us until we decided in our own time. Some months passed before we spoke to him again but he remembered us and stuck by his original quote ( he actually reduced the price as he was passing on a deal he was getting). He takes pride in his work, tidies as he goes and works quickly to avoid any unnecessary time in your home. He was also happy to provide after sales support on an ongoing basis.

I've known Steve for a good few years. During that time he's serviced my boiler annually, fitted new radiators, carried out gas safety checks on our appliances and boiler and most recently corrected someone else's work (Steve wasn't available for the original job) which wasn't gas safe compliant which has helped me get sign off from building regulations for an extension I had done.

What do you love most about your job?
We love fixing and installing boilers. You may think its boring; but each one is certainly a new challenge! Seeing a new bathroom design come together too is a great reward after all the hard work our team puts in.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in the industry for over 15 years, including out in Qatar we decided we quite liked the idea of venturing out on our own. This would give us the opportunity to put our own stamp on plumbing and heating; while meeting a bunch of great customers along the way. The freedom and flexibility of working for yourself is invaluable and allows you to have more time to spend with your family; while doing something you enjoy!
