Fantastic service from Shaun at Pulse IT...helped us with recovery of data and laptop repair following complete hard drive failure over a weekend. My daughter is a 3rd year vet Student with a laptop who not backed up for 1 month so risk of loss of loads of files/folders. Delivered laptop to Shaun at 5 pm on a Saturday and it was returned Sunday 8pm with new hard drive and all files and folders retrieved. Know this was a challenging job but he gave it his all over 24 hours for us.Exceptional service from Shaun - so caring to us with outstanding personal service appreciating the student stress with risk of loss of work.Can’t recommend Pulse IT enough.Thank you so much Shaun. I don't usually write reviews but this company deserves it. I was on business staying at a local hotel and my windows 7 crashed. I called them at 6pm and they sent a guy to my hotel within half an hour. It took him just over an hour to get it going again and only charged me £30. We don't get that in Birmingham! If it wasn't fixed that night I would have missed my meeting and could have cost my company a lot of money and respect. More...
