Psychotherapy
Life’s challenges can result in feeling anxious, depressed, lacking in self esteem or experiencing feelings of intense loneliness. We may struggle with easily being overwhelmed, difficulty in maintaining healthy relationships and our lives may lack meaning. I provide a safe, attentive and non judgemental listening environment. I have a dedicated interest in tackling issues around gender - especially uplifting and empowering women. I work with LGBTQ+ as well as issues relating to anxiety, trauma and interpersonal relationships. I am constantly learning and improving my understanding around issues to do with diversity, sexuality and inclusion.
Each individual has their own unique story and experiences. Together we can explore all that makes you, you. I use mindfulness as a means to access what is arising in the present moment - this helps to create a safe container to process past traumas. It would be my honour to accompany you on a journey of self-discovery.
I offer an initial 30 minute consultation free of charge where we can figure out if we are the right fit for one another. I offer short to medium and long-term ongoing therapy in person and I charge £50 per session. I work from my home practice in Easton, Bristol as well as online and I see client in a weekly basis. Please note: I do not offer fortnightly therapy at this time. I also have a limited number of low cost places so please enquire if you are on a low income.
