P.S We Care is a domiciliary care provider, serving the private market and socially funded care market. Operating across Cannock and surrounding areas, providing a wide range of domiciliary care ensuring that the care we provide is based on person centred care.
High quality of care will be given at all times, safeguarding vunerable adults and promoting dignity and respect at all times. Diversity is also important ensuring that differences between people and treating peoples values, beliefs, cultures and lifestyles with respect.
In a health and social care environment it’s important that equality and diversity are at the heart of what I do.
High quality of training will be given to care givers at all times ensuring the safety of our staff and service users are priority at all times.
Being employed in the care sector for many years I have learned that it is vital that the services we provide are followed by CQC standards at all times.
Ensuring excellent communication between service users and care givers is very important.
P.S We Care believes in an open door policy to all of our staff and service users and we will support you to the best of our ability.

We take whistle blowing very seriously and aim to always follow the correct procedures.
P.S We Care treats staff like family ensuring you feel welcome at all times. Being part of a team is very important to us, making the work load feel so much easier when you have a solid team behind you. Strong and experienced team members are good to support other less experienced caregivers and can support and help them where necessary.
One thing staff will not hear from P.S We Care is “I’m too busy”. No company should be too busy to see or speak to their staff. Care givers are the root to our business and without them we would not have domiciliary care. Yes, days get busy and it seems there are not enough hours in one day sometimes but there should always be time for your staff.

P.S We Care Ltd aims to support charities and organise different events to raise money for Demetria, Alzheimer’s, Macmillan and local Hospices. We aim to get as many care givers and service users involved.

After our first year of success P.S We Care would like to provide a “Thank you Scheme” for the care givers to show our appreciation for all the hard work they do. This can be as little as meal for two or Voucher towards a weekend break away.
