Subject: Boycott Provident Botanico project and Their Launch on 14th April
Dear all, my brothers and sisters,
Please ignore this fraudulent project, Provident Botanico.
I invested my money five months ago by giving an expression of interest (EOI) worth one lakh rupees. Based on false commitments regarding the price and despite past negative reviews on Rera site and Mouthshut.com. The flat prices are also overpriced. Due to these reasons, I have planned to cancel my investment. I have been requesting a refund for the past 1.5 months, but the fraudulent builder refuses to return my money. They are doing this because they know that if they return the money, all of us will give them a one-star rating. However, if they hold onto our money, we might not leave any reviews due to fear of losing one lakh rupees. All the five-star reviews you see are from Provident employees. Genuine customers have only given one-star ratings.
I urge all the people of Bangalore to boycott their launch tomorrow at the Sheraton Hotel. Please do not prioritize food and snacks over standing against fraud. Let's make the head count zero at their launch. My EOI number is ELB-11057. They will try to deceive you and put pressure on you to buy into this project. This is all a scam.
They are selling under the name of Purvankara, but it is not affiliated with Purvankara. It's exactly like the situation between Reliance India and Reliance Communication, where Reliance Communication failed, but it was not associated with Reliance India. Similarly, Provident and Purvankara are separate entities. Please beware of this scam. Before visiting, please check the reviews on MouthShut. There are reports of sewage issues in Provident Hyderabad society. Let's also discuss the Provident Capella project. Their sales team makes numerous false commitments and quality assurances. However, the quality of construction at Capella is poor. Additionally, all the positive reviews for Capella are either paid for or written by their own employees. They pressure you to give a five-star rating when you visit.
It's my humble request to boycott this project due to its overpricing, poor quality, false commitments by salespersons, and its location, which is prone to crime such as looting and snatching. Many warehouses are promised to be removed within two years, but if you check MagicBricks or Housing.com, you'll find many rental warehouse ads. They falsely claim that BlueJ Tech Park, Sobha, and Prestige have acquired land, but no such acquisitions have taken place. Reputed builders know that it's difficult to sustain in this polluted industrial area.
There are many legal issues with the Provident Botanico project. The rock garden area belongs to the government, but they have included it in their project. I urge all members to ask for legal papers regarding this. The main road, which will be used by the general public, is not part of the Provident Botanico project. This entire project is illegal.
Please invest your hard-earned money after careful consideration. I fear that what happened to me will happen to many others in the future.

Overall great restaurant. Got Poppadoms to start and then a Mixed Meat Thali for Mains. Lamb Mince and Butter Chicken in the Thali were exceptional as well as the Samosa.
