Complex Care
We offer patient-centred professional support for clients with persistent and long-term health conditions, that need additional help regulating their symptoms and day-to-day activities to allow for excellent well-being.
This often involves some form of medical assistance and engagement with nurses and physicians that specialise in a client's specific condition.
The complex care needs services we provide include;
Bowel and Bladder Management, Tracheostomy and Ventilation Management, Peg management, Cough Assistance, Stoma Care, Epilepsy Management, Spinal injury/Brain injury.
Companion Service & Respite Care
Our Respite Service is available to support you and your family members who are your main carers. It allows them to relax from their daily duties or take a few hours or day/s break. Providence Helping Hands Ltd shares the load by covering your care and allowing your family member to take a break for as long as they need.

Dementia Care
We provide ongoing, quality care for clients suffering from dementia. Our carers' responsibilities include discreet assistance with the activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing and incontinence. Our Dementia carers also provide various types of additional in-home support and continued supervision
