Russel made an initial contact to carry out an assessment of our needs and recommended various air conditioning solutions which would meet those requirements .
After deciding to change our initial system choice , Russ gave a slightly increased costing which was accepted and an installation date was arranged, before which, Russ kept us fully informed that date and time would met .
This excellent performance continued on the installation day with Russ proving to be a pleasant courteous person who carried out the installation quickly and effectively .
Finally I recommend Russ and Protego for excellent service .

Excellent service throughout. Russell was very helpful and did an amazing job installing my wall mounted AC unit. It works perfectly and will ensure I'm able to stay cool in the hot summer days. He also went above and beyond helping me take down an old satellite dish whilst he was up installing the outside unit. I couldn't recommend him enough and will definitely be using his services again. No problems. The installer worked well and efficiently and I’m happy with the unit.
The only disappointment is that I had to get an electrician to connect the unit and that should have been reflected in the purchase price.
What do you love most about your job?
Every Job is different, as meeting new customers, different locations. NO two days are the same. Cannot beat the satisfaction of completing a job and for the customer to be pleased with the work and service i have provided them at a reasonable cost.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After many years of working for someone, an opportunity came up that i was able to set up on my own, and i haven't looked back.
