Highly recommended for a friendly, helpful and efficient service. Our boiler broke day after boxing day and Andy came to our rescue the same day. Although most suppliers were closed until after the new year, Andy searched suppliers and managed to find suitable boiler and fit it before the new year. He went to great depths to make sure we were not left with no heating and hot water for the new year. Not sure how many other engineers would have persevered to get us our boiler during this holiday period. Would not hesitate to use Andy again and already booked in for our annual service. We had a leak in our kitchen in a very awkward and hard to get to place! Andy got back to our messages really quickly and managed to come out even though he was super busy and have a look at the problem. He ordered the part and came back the next day to sort the leak! Excellent service - really helpful and we did not feel rushed. Got advice on insulation and design based on previous experience with what looks good and will last without costing a fortune. Underfloor heating, new boiler, bathroom and all the electrics all sorted. Work signed off against 2021 building regs & inspector commented on how good the installation was.
