Fantastic experience from start to finish. All can be done electronically, but personally preferred to sign the final agreement in person. The staff at the north and west office were excellent and Delia and Adrian in particular went above and beyond their jobs. I just wannaa say thanks to delia and Aodhán from the branch at north belfast the service me and my partner recived was outstanding i told them i needed a place quick told them i had all the paper work they where so accommodating with myself helped me pick the perfect place literally got the paper work done over the weekend so happy with everything would recommend them to everyone as it was the bedt service ever guys thanks again Thomas and tyler

have used these guys over the past few weeks and to be honest this has been the best service that i have received ever while private renting. The girls in the north Belfast office were so helpful from everything from booking in a viewing to signing up my lease and moving day this was totally stress free as the property was spotless and Allison walked through the property with me and talked through every thing.finance girl talked through my deposit and gave me the details of the TDS and they gave me a copy of my certificate and i was also given a photographic inventory so i could walk through the property and then sign to say i was happy. They made the process so easy for me and have set up a direct debit payment so that i did not have to worry about paying my rent each month. When i moved in they told me that they are on hand if i have any issues or concerns to contact themI have recommended them to family and friends and at present they are helping my friends find a home for them. Colin and his staff at Property People on Antrim Road were always helpful, friendly and professional. Colin was especially helpful to us as we contemplated moving to Belfast from Australia, sending us emails of potential properties and talking to the landlords on our behalf before we were in town.
