What inspired you to start your own business?
After working for the high street agencies, we saw a huge gap in the service that was being provided to each client. Clients were forced to choose a business solely on brand rather than a person and typically would deal with up to 6 people in an office over the duration of selling their home. For such a stressful process we felt clients needed and wanted one agent to deal with throughout and we set up this business to do just that.
