The team from Shawish Building Services are very polite, friendly and professional. They removed an internal load bearing wall and replaced it with and replaced it with an RSJ beam. The works have been carried out to high standards, all compliant with building regulations. Pleasantly surprised....Shawish was recommended to me for a recent new project I had for a full Dormer Loft conversion, partition work, lower ceilings, wall removal and steel work and full house board and skimming, in June 2018. I hadnt used them before but decided to try them out.I can only say outstanding work, good team and shawish himself is a very kind and pleasant builder to work with on any kind of building work.In fact I have just requested another quote for the outside back garden work and rendering for the same house. This is a genuine review.These guys are hardworking, hornest people. The job they did was far and beyond my expectations. I was stuck with scaffold already up when another builder let me down and was demanding more money not forgetting it was December . I got Shawish LTD to do the job. With scaffold up, and wirh permit for limted time, many builders would take advantage knowing your stuck. They gave me a decent price the the job. Over the years of property developing i have learnt to pay the right money for a right job which would attract the right people. If you don't want stress and want to pay the right money then I recommend this company. I'm not the guy to leave reviews but i wanted to show my appreciation for helping me at such time of need with taking advantage.
