I have stayed at a Properties Unique location on the Quayside of Newcastle Upon Tyne. Coming from the US knowing no one, with no clue of where to stay, or how letting works, Properties Unique was best thing to happen to our family. Before we arrived in the UK we thought we would stay in the flat for month or two and then move out to a home. The flat was amazing with a great view and the location was beyond anything we could have imagined, so we decided to stay. During our stay Properties Unique were always professional, and helped in every way they could. They made every effort to make us feel at home. The cleaners were the nicest people we have ever met and even brought my one year old son a mini hoover. I would highly recommend Properties Unique; they are professional, and courteous. More...

My elderly parents have just moved out of your High Quays property after being there for about 10 months since their own flat was fire damaged. The process of dealing with insurance companies, utility companies, contractors, council, valuation office and many others has been fraught with difficulties but dealing with your company has been the exception.
Excellent and friendly service all round from viewings when we wanted them to providing a modern, clean and well-appointed apartment (with a great view thrown in). Any issues, of which there were very few, were dealt with very quickly.

My stay at Properties Unique has been fantastic, I am actually quite sad to be leaving in the next few weeks. They looked after me since the very first moment I landed in Newcastle 6 months ago. The apartment is cosy and comfortable making you feel at home. Not to mention the location! I have been able to enjoy the Tyne river; its bars, festivals, streets markets or just jogging along it after work.
Whenever something wasn’t working at the apartment, it will be fixed in the next couple of days. I would definitely recommend Properties Unique for anyone who is thinking about moving to Newcastle for the first time or just wants to move into a new place. More...

We stayed at one of your apartments after water damage at home meant we had to move out for a while. I couldn't fault your attention to detail and your welcome. A very secure environment, if there was a problem it was immediately resolved - having said that there were few problems. Maintenance and cleaning were perfect and the apartment was well furnished. This is our fourth stay in a Properties Unique apartment and, once again, we were extremely happy with the accommodation and level of customer service we received. We are a family of four (children aged 20 and 18) traveling to Newcastle upon Tyne to visit family and friends. Properties Unique are always my first port of call for our accommodation; I would not even consider staying in a hotel which would not come close to offering the same combination of comfort, facilities, space, cleanliness or value for money as any of the apartments we have stayed in.

The booking process is easy and questions are answered very promptly. Let them know when you will arrive at the apartment and you will be met by a member of staff who will walk you through the apartment and ensure everything is as you expect. We stayed in the Manor Chare apartment this visit and would stay there again. They provide a welcome pack of teabags, coffee, milk and sugar and a supply of cleaning/laundry products. We were also able to stay past the usual departure time which was immensely useful.

I would not hesitate to recommend Properties Unique to anyone staying in the Gateshead or Newcastle area. Wish they offered accommodation in every city we visited! More...

I stayed at the serviced apartment of Friars Gate in May 2018 with my husband and children. Vivien and her staff were precise and helpful throughout my stay. I decided to skip hotel and stay in one of their apartments, after visiting one of my friend’s apartment back in Feb’17.
The apartment that I booked at Blackfriars street is well furnished, extremely well located, being just steps away from INTU Eldon Square, the monument and several pubs and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay very much and will certainly be back any time I return to Newcastle Upon Tyne. I recommend Properties Unique for your next stay. More...

Fantastic I had a lovely time at an apartment on the quayside last weekend we met the property manager exactly at the appointed time and location despite our phone running out of battery and not being able to confirm our arrival time. I've been travelling all the time to many cities of many different countries year by year. I have nice membership status in every hotel chain one may possibly think about. I have also traveled to Newcastle Upon Tyne every year since 2012 at least 3 times per year. One day, I decided to skip hotels and stay in a serviced apartment run by Properties Unique. Since then, I only stay with them.

Well, all I can say about is that I'd rate Properties Unique 6 stars, if possible. Their MD, Mrs. Vivien Lee is an awesome leader, who has the support of a great staff. During all the times I stayed in a serviced apartment run by Properties Unique, I had only to care about choosing among their nice listings.

Vivien, Rachel, Anna and Lenn are the members of the staff that I interacted most and they deliver a service that is second to none. Literally, if you send them an email, they will respond in less than half an hour, if you call their 24/7 assistance phone, they will answer at any time and any kind of help and support you may require, will be provided quickly.

So, I DO recommend the serviced apartments of Properties Unique to anyone who wants to work or spend time in Newcastle Upon Tyne or Gasteshead. More...

Was a fantastic stay at Properties Unique. I was picked up from airport on time and has received a warm welcome by the staff (Vivienne is very friendly and very caring who used to keep checking if they can help anytime) Rooms are very spacious, good bed, bathrooms, kitchen, living rooms etc. I loved the balcony as well with good view. I lived in Newcastle Upon Tyne in one of the Properties Unique apartments. I lived in 93A grey street, flat 7. That was an amazing experience, as I was a short walking distance from the Monument, the underground station, the city mall, the river, etc. The penthouse was nicely decorated, spacious and very comfortable. We had special moments there. As for Properties Unique service, I can only say THANK YOU. They were so kind with me and my family, all of our requests were answered quickly. We needed extra TV, we got it in half a day; we needed extra duvets or pillows, got it in less than 30 minutes; we needed stairs gate to prevent our children from accessing the stairs, we got it quickly; we needed assistance in the Spanish language and we had Vivien Lee, their MD, providing assistance in my native language. I rely heavily on Vivien and her team, who are always on standby to help me. I cannot recommend the service they provide enough. We have a lot of guests from all over the world and placing them in one of Properties Unique's apartments is better than placing them in a hotel, beautiful surroundings, the ability to be self sufficient and to relax in comfort, not only that, but from a financial perspective, easier on the budget. The first one was a very nicely decorated one-bed apartment down near the Quayside. Comfy bed, great internet, good size kitchen, nice sofa and a decent tv. I didn't have an HDMI cable to connect my laptop to the TV but the Properties Unique team very kindly went out and got one for me that day! Really wasn't expecting that!I had some issues with my bank which I won't bore you with. Just to say that the Properties Unique team were extremely helpful and moved me to a completely different apartment. They helped me move my all stuff and even brought me a bottle of wine and some chocolates, I was bowled over!I'm currently sat in my 9th floor apartment overlooking the Life centre. This one is even nicer than the first. It's a two-bed apartment with comfy beds, a main bathroom and an en-suite, showers are super powerful. The kitchen lounge studio vibe is really nice, with full length windows on two walls overlooking newcastle. I've also got a really long balcony which means you have a 180degree view of the city. TV is even bigger in this apartment and there's a great L-shaped sofa to lounge around on.Vivien, the manager, is available 24/7 and is always super happy to help. I once called and she was at a wedding, despite saying not to worry she insisted to help and got on the phone to the Newcastle office to sort out my issue.The girls in the office are great. They'll get onto Maintenance or bring plumbers out etc as quickly as possible. They also helped arrange viewings for the new apartment at my convenience, fab team!The maintenance guy is a really jolly chap with a cracking Geordie accent who comes round quickly to fix anything that needs sorting. Never went more than 24hours with something wrong.Housekeeping is fantastic. They are really lovely ladies who have a nice chat and do a very thorough job of cleaning the flat once a week.
