I recently moved into a property from prompt property management and it has been the most stress free straight forward process iv ever had to my previous moves. The landlord made everything so easy and comfortable for me. Not to mention the house being freshly decorated and clean. There was a minor issue with my back gate and as soon as I got in touch with my landlord he was round the next day. If you want a reliable, friendly landlord this is the landlord for you. I recently moved from a property that I rented from Prompt Property Management and after leaving I wished I could've stayed longer. It was a very well kept house that I lived in and was well maintained by the landlord. The experience with fast service if there was any issues with the property allowed for an overall brilliant time spent and would love to rent a property again if he had one in the particular area I want to live in. What do you love most about your job?
the thing I love the most is being able to provide a great, cost effective service and also being able to be flexible to the customers needs as well as trying to build new relationships with landlords and tenant's.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always being very interested in property and I had a few conversations with some landlords and they would describe how they pay so much money to the estate/property management companies to only find the tenants are unhappy as they think the landlord does not care due to their complaints going unanswered and they only care about making money and leaving the property to get into a state of disrepair so I found a place in the market for an honest and caring property manager which I hope to grow my company.
Why should our clients choose you?
we go above and beyond and within reason try and sort everything out in the shortest possible time. sometimes things can get complicated but we do are up most best to keep everyone happy, we are also contactable 24/7 for landlords and tenants as problems and issues don't just happen 9-5 mon-fri this is a part of the service we pride ourselves on.
