What do you love most about your job?
Helping elderly and vulnerable adults is what drives me and I do this by offering a genuine alternative to residential care. I believe that live-in care is not only a truly person centered way of caring but is also the future of care.
Live-in care means that a person can stay in the home they love, whilst maintaining their dignity and preserving as much independence and freedom as possible.
Live-in care helps to keep families together, alleviates feelings of isolation, guilt and burden and in some cases helps stave off or delay the onset of certain health conditions such as dementia.
What inspired you to start your own business?
With a background in nursing, social care and healthcare in the public, private and voluntary sectors I was looking for an new opportunity. The Promedica24 franchise seemed the perfect option to utilise my skills.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Each of our clients have an individual Covid 19 plan and we make sure our carers have plenty PPE.
Once in service our live-in carers become part of the household bubble keeping Covid risks to a minimum
