Why should our clients choose you?
We are a "Good" CQC regulated live-in care provider. Our bespoke services are provided with our clients' needs in mind, and we can adapt to ensure the care provided fits the specific requirements. Promedica24 can support a range of conditions/diseases from early onset Dementia to Motor Neurone Disease, and can also support with 24-hour palliative and end of life care.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the services that we provide, we cannot provide them online or remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The changeovers of care workers have been monitored closely and we have taken isolation periods in to consideration if these may be necessary, this is to ensure everyone involved in the changeovers (our client/s, care workers and Care Managers) are kept as safe as possible. Our Care Managers have also been making their monthly visits either socially distanced or remotely over a video call.
Companionship Care
Our live-in Care Workers live with you in your own home as your companion. They assist with everyday tasks like cooking, cleaning and personal care. With this help, you and your loved ones can continue to live how you choose to keep doing the things you love.
Dementia Care
Our live-in Care Workers are appropriately trained to deal with the challenges which occur when caring for a person living with dementia.
We have experience in the many ways the condition can develop differently in people and will tailor their care to suit the requirements of their clients. Our person-centred care plans are regularly reviewed to ensure that as the condition progresses, care needs are always fully supported.
Stroke Care
The effects of a stroke are unique to each individual. No two people experience the exact same symptoms. Our live-in Care Workers are able to provide live-in care to help you or your family member recover at home after a stroke and support you through any long-term effects.
Cancer Care
You may need live-in home care following a period of treatment or surgery; from everyday tasks to more involved personal care. You may be looking for palliative care to support you or your family member so that they can spend the rest of their life in the familiar surroundings of home. In these difficult times, our live-in Care Workers are unobtrusive and respectful.
Motor Neurone Disease Care
Our live-in Care Workers support you to stay in your home for as long as possible as the condition progresses.
From help with everyday tasks to more involved personal care needs, our live-in Care Workers help to maintain dignity and independence and allow you to enjoy life to the fullest.
Parkinson's Care
With a developing long-term condition like Parkinson’s, it can be a comfort to know that you have someone living with you to help support you at home.
Palliative & End of Life Care
We appreciate palliative care services are often required with just a few days’ notice.
Because of this, we promise to act promptly. We can assess care needs, create a care plan, source a suitably trained Care Worker and start care at the mutually agreed time.
